There doesn't seem to be any solid legal framework for regulating online businesses and online payment transactions (unless i completely missed it in my research) Judging from what I've been reading, this issue is still before Parliament. In your own experience, what would you say are some of the legal implications for setting up an online store in T&T? Have you had any experience with this?
